The Performance Center has fitness classes that are committed to providing a variety of services to help GreatLIFE members achieve their health and fitness goals. We offer individualized programs and group fitness activities that aim to improve overall physical fitness and the mind-body connection. Not to mention a full women’s only workout area so everyone can feel comfortable while achieving their goals.
Our newly renovated facility boasts a state of the art lap pool, boxing area with 35 bags, a cross training area fully equipped with tires, battle ropes, TRX bands, 4 racquetball courts and much much more.
