The pool closes on Labor Day and reopens on Memorial Day weekend every year.

I agree to abide by all general rules and regulations as outlined by GreatLIFE. Food and drinks that are not purchased from the pool snack bar are not allowed in the pool area. Decorations are allowed on the deck as long as they do not damage the walls, floors, or tables. The pools are open to regular GreatLIFE members during all party times. Therefore, the party participants do not have the exclusive use of the pool and must share it with other GreatLIFE members. Lifeguards will enforce pool rules with the children as a group before they enter the water. Parents or guardians will need to assist children requiring extra supervision in the pool. Lifeguards may designate zones within the pool for certain children to stay based on the child's skill level, height, or age. Adults are encouraged to swim with the children. No additional fee for adults. There must be one adult in the water for every three children ages 4 and 5. Adults are not required to swim with children ages 6 and older. Guests are welcome to bring their own lifejackets. Pool toys and pool "noodles" are available. Children are allowed to bring their own toys. Lifeguards reserve the right to veto any toys or floats that may post a safety risk. Chairs are available in the pool area for those parents who do not wish to swim. Party fees include swimmers 17 years old and under. All posted pool rules and regulations need to be followed at all times.

Deposit & Cancellation

A $50 deposit for regular pool parties or a $100 deposit for private pool parties is required to secure the date once the agreement has been reviewed by a Shawnee CC manager. Remainder due day of party.

Deposit is non-refundable, however, rescheduling is possible.
